It’s a lighter menu, filled with rich color and flavor:
- The Fresh King Salmon Filet: Wood grilled with tri citrus dill butter, five grain blend, and seared Brussel sprouts.
- Two New Pizzas: Spring Vegetables with EVOO, roasted garlic, fresh herbs, and gruyere cheese. And, Prosciutto with EVOO, spinach, chevre, mozzarella, Parmesan, shallot gastrique.
- Mary’s Roasted Chicken Half: with Peruvian marinade, pan sauce, mashed potatoes, spring asparagus.
- Seared Brussel Sprouts: with olive oil, white balsamic reduction, lemon aioli, spicy mama lil’s peppers, and roasted almonds.
- Greek Lamb Kabobs: with aegean marinade, wood grilled, bell pepper, onion, tabouli salad, tzatziki sauce.
- Sesame Ginger Chicken: rotisserie chicken, mint, cilantro, yakisoba noodles, seasonal veggies, toasted almond, wonton crisps, orange, sesame, ginger dressing.
- Key Lime Pie: with graham/walnut crust, and lime whipped cream.
- Rocky Road Pot Au Creme: with marshmallows, salted almonds, and whipped cream.

Hana Korean — Downtown Camas

“We cook our food with a lot of love,” said Eric Park, owner of Hana Korean.
For those who know and appreciate Korean food, Hana is the real deal. Hana offers Korean, teriyaki, noodles, combinations, and sides at reasonable prices. A customer favorite is the Bi Bim Bop, as well as the Bul-Go-Gi, which is thinly sliced marinated beef, stir-fried vegetables, and steamed rice. Portion sizes are generous. Located in the heart of Downtown Camas, on 4th Avenue, Hey Jack has just started serving their new menu.
From their land and sea menu, they offer:
- Hanger Steak — with red creamer potatoes, charred Vidalia onion, and chermoula sauce, $25.
- Steelhead & Crab — with wild rice, radicchio, and salsa verde, $27.
- Chicken Arabbiata — with spicy tomato, polenta, and broccoli rabe, $22.
- Pork Osso Buco — with stewed white beans, speck gremolata, $24.
Pastas include:
- Carbonara — with tagliatelle, pork belly, Granda Padana, $17.
- Bolognese — with Casareccia, house-made meat sauce, $16.
- Lasagna — with house-made Bolognese sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, $17.
- Sweet Potato Gnocchi — with Arugula pesto, kale, roasted mushrooms, $18.

Grains of Wrath — Downtown Camas
Grains of Wrath offers a new Halibut Fish and Chips plate! Come give it a try!
It’s hard to believe, but Grains of Wrath just recently turned ONE, and they celebrated with a new release of a Triple IPA called “Spoils of War.” They also just launched their new Mug Club. Go check it out!
“We’re also releasing our first wild beer, which is a sour beer, using a wild yeast,” said co-owner Mike Hunsaker. It’s a barrel-aged Belgian style quad, aged in a Pinot Noir barrel with Cape Blanco cranberries. We also have an Imperial Stout aged in rum barrels, and we’re releasing a new shirt.”
In the 12 months since their launch, Grains has released 50 beers, won some distinguished awards, and is increasing their own brand distribution.
