Nuestra Mesa — Downtown Camas

Dining
Nuestra Mesa’s salmon entree is prepared using Ora King Salmon.

The Nuestra Mesa salmon entree is prepared using Ora King Salmon. Ora King Salmon is sustainably raised in New Zealand in the purest waters of the world, utilizing the Salmons natural habits, the Salmon is raised the closest to their wild habitat. Because of the purity of the water and the algea present, it allows the salmon to have the beautiful rich pink color that we look for when ordering a salmon. It also means that the salmon has an incredibly low mercury content allowing it to be safe for everyone to enjoy!

A few months ago, Nuestra Mesa decided to revamp their menu to focus more on farm to table, fresh ingredients from local farmers and staying true to that small business mentality. As you may have known, a few months ago we acquired a new head chef and he has been doing some incredible things for Mesa. It’s a fantastic dining experience!
