Camas Girls Varsity Hoops Handily Beats Evergreen

The Camas High School Girls Varsity Basketball team beat Evergreen at home Tuesday, 53-35, in a game dominated by fouls and aggressive play.

Each of the Lady Papermakers wrote “CB” on their upper arms to honor Christina Bonzaelli, who passed away this week after a long battle with cancer. Christina is the mother of the girl’s teammate, Rachel Bonazelli.

Leading the way in scoring was Sierra Brown with 16.  JV and C teams also had victories.
